Lebanon Valley Chamber launches first wage and benefit survey
Survey closes June 30 and results will be available Oct. 7
Aims to guide fair compensation and workforce development
The Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce is seeking input for its first wage and benefit survey to guide fair pay and workforce strategies in the region.
According to a release, this initiative is designed to provide employers, human resource professionals, and community stakeholders with critical insights into compensation and benefits practices across Lebanon County. The survey will close on June 30, at 5 pm.
“We encourage all Lebanon County employers—large and small, across every industry—to take part in this important survey,” Director of Workforce Strategy Diane Harlow said in a statement. “Your input will help build a stronger, more competitive workforce by providing valuable data that supports fair pay, meaningful benefits, and strategies to attract and retain talent in our region.”

The Lebanon Valley Chamber encourages local businesses to participate in the survey. The survey results will be available on Oct. 7. Responses to the survey will remain confidential. Participating chamber members will receive complimentary access to the results.
Participating non-members can purchase the report for $50, and organizations that do not participate, but would like the results, can buy the report for $100.
