In her latest interview, she praised Pakistani artistes for their hospitality, revealing how Fawad Khan booked an entire restaurant for her. Mumtaz also insisted on lifting the ban on Pakistani actors, expressing that they are talented. However, her opinion faced backlash from many netizens, who started trolling her for supporting Pakistani actors. Mumtaz, known for her work in movies like ‘Do Raaste’, ‘Hare Rama Hare Krishna,’ and ‘Apradh’ among many others, emphasized the warmth and affection she received from the Pakistani people, stating that they are not so different from us and deserve opportunities in the Indian film industry.
